Chapter 1 describes the lives of Bonnard and Berea, how they met, and makes an interesting analysis on how Berea was influenced by Bonnard in choosing subjects and colors.

Chapter 2 introduces us to the atmosphere of the '60 in Cannes, the place where Berea painting in his balcony one of the most beautiful and known paintings - Des fleurs, des fruits et des branches. We present the symbolism of the elements from the subject and the history of his famous owners - Merle Oberon.

Chapter 3, 4, 5, and 6 describe Berea's collaboration with the most important galleries of the world: Bernheim Jeune, Durand Ruel, Acquavella, Arthur Tooth & Sons.

Chapter 7 presents the history of the painting April in Paris, the symbolism of the elements, and how Berea managed to promote and sell his work.

Chapter 8 describes the successful retrospective exhibition held on the occasion of 111 years since his birth at the Romanian Academy of Sciences.
